HOUSE RULES

This condo is located in a small building with only 12 units total. Please be respectful of fellow neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm (no loud tv, or music please.)

This is our home. Please treat it as you would treat your own home. We are very serious about the no smoking policy. I am allergic to smoke, and even one person smoking in the condo will seriously affect me.

No pets - the association does not allow pets.

The laundry room is located outside behind the unit. No laundry after 8pm please.

No BBQing in the courtyard, behind in alleyway is OK.

Trashcans are lowered into the ground and on the side of unit. You may put trash in any can.

Please park in space #3, or the guest space next to #3.

Please turn off the A/C when you are not in the condo. It's a good cold A/C and will quickly cool down the 566 sq. feet when you return.

If something breaks, or gets spilled/stained, or is not working correctly please tell us right away so we may have it fixed, or cleaned.

To turn on cable, you must turn on both the TV and the Cable power on.
